This is the full source from all chapters of the book, compiled and tested on Windows 8 RTM. Includes:
- A fix for the Netflix example from Chapter 6 that was missing a service reference
- A fix for the ImageHelper issue (images were not being saved) - this was due to the buffer being inadequate and required streaming the writeable bitmap to a buffer first before encoding and saving
